Early Life

Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler is a Spanish pop singer-songwriter who was born on May 8,1975. His birthplace was Madrid. His parents are writer Isabel Preysler from the Philippines and  Julio Iglesias, born in 1943. (born 1951). The well-known Spanish singer Julio Iglesias is his father. When he was 13 years old, his parents divorced, and he relocated from Madrid to Miami, where he began his singing career. He attributes the foundation of his music to the variety of musical influences present in Miami.

Music Career 

Iglesias did not want his father to be aware of his ambitions to pursue a career in music, nor did he want his well-known last name to help him in that endeavor. He recorded a demo cassette tape in Toronto with a loan from his family's nanny, which included two English and one Spanish song. By approaching Fernán Martnez, his father's old publicist, the two promoted the songs while using the persona of a Guatemalan musician, Enrique Martnez. Iglesias secured a record deal with Fonovisa Records.

Education

Iglesias performed in his first public performance in a school production of Hello Dolly while he was a student at Miami's exclusive Gulliver Preparatory School. The next year, he dropped out of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he had been studying business. Iglesias left the University of Miami and went to Toronto to record his debut album.

Fonovisa, a label out of Mexico, launched his career. He became one of the most well-known performers in Latin America and the Latin market in the US thanks to them. In the 1990s, he sold more Spanish albums than any other musician. He entered the mainstream English market prior to 2000. Iglesias, Andreas Carlsson, Kalle Engström, and Kristian Lundin collaborated on the song "All I Need Is You," which was released by Idol Allstars (Swedish Idol Series) in 2010.  Additionally, he contributed to the song "Dance Again" by Jennifer Lopez, which was published in 2012 and peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs chart.

Iglesias co-produced Four Guys Named Jose and Una Mujer Named Maria, an off-Broadway musical, in 2000. In the musical, four Americans of Latin ancestry who share a passion for music come together and decide to stage a performance. Numerous classic and modern Latin and pop songs by artists including Carmen Miranda, Selena, Ritchie Valens, Chayanne, Ricky Martin, and Iglesias himself were referred to and alluded to throughout the program. In the song Heartbeat, which was included in the special Indian edition of his album Euphoria, Enrique worked with Sunidhi Chauhan.
